- Youth Players (8U-12U) Monday's at 6 pm (Geared for 1-5 Players)
- Intermediate-High School Players (13U-18U) Monday's at 7:30 pm (Geared for 1-5 Players)
- Throwing Program 🔥
- $150 One-Time Fee for Player Evaluation & Program/App Access
Throwing Program
Beginner or Advanced: $200/month (select which Academy level on the next page)
The Throwing Program includes:
- Academy-based, session-to-session curriculum (no guesswork, no wasted time)
- Training App and/or Bullpen Reports (video analysis: slow motion replays & video breakdowns)
- Pitching Overlay Video (to teach "tunneling" and how to use it to get hitters out)
- Personalized 1-on-1 work with a coach (Mound work, Pitching lab & Bullpen Plan for throwing on their own)
- Live Abs against experienced hitters
- Personalized lifting and throwing regimen (for Advanced)
- Interpretation of data by a certified instructor
- Driveline and differential balls (for Advanced)
- Jaeger band Access
- Video analysis of game pitching reps (ie, parents send GC video footage & we analyze it)
